Bookings & Reservation
  • Bookings may be made via our website or other platforms inc. Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka and Expedia

  • Full payment must be made at the time of booking. For payment options, you may use either credit card or debit card in which the latter must be activated for overseas transaction.

  • Upon successful payment, our staff will contact you for verification and guide you on the next steps.  

  • Full refund for cancellations or alternations made within 48 hours of booking are allowed, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 5 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of check-in.

Check-in & Check-out
  • Before we provide the self check-in guide, you MUST produce your booking confirmation, together with a photo of identification document (IC, passport, driver’s licence or other document as the host may require). A refundable deposit of RM300 is collectable to cover incidentals (except for bookings via Airbnb).

  • Our standard check-in and check-out time are 3.00pm and 1.00pm respectively. Early check-in is subjected to availability.

  • One free parking spot is provided for each unit booked. Extra vehicles can be parked at basement carpark. 

  • Luggage storage is available only for current guests before check-in or after check-out, at the host's option.

Terms & Conditions
  • Please ensure accuracy of your booking details (dates, room rates, room types, no. of guests and any add-ons applicable) before making payment as White Forest Suites will not be responsible for any booking errors as such. Bookings are accepted subjected to availability on first come first serve basis.

  • NO illegal activities are allowed in the house. All guests are to observe rules and regulations as set out by the management when using the common facilities.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry and remove guests from the accommodation should there be any breach of the house rules.
